Cancellation policy

Ensure you have travel insurance as deposits are non- refundable for reservations or for booking cancellations depending on the room rate you have selected :

Deposits paid by credit card attract a non-refundable credit card surcharge

No Show and Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with a penalty of 100% of the entire booking

Booking Policies

Fiji law requires that a “ Register must be kept & maintained at all times” Fiji Hotels and Guest Houses Act (Cap 195)

You will be required to produce the following information before you can or as you check-in at the Reception desk:

  • Full name
  • Permanent Address
  • Nationality
  • Passport No / or Photo ID No. (photocopies will be taken)
  • Contact phone number and/or email
  • Signature

Key Deposit / Bonds:

Key Deposit: For all rooms, on arrival and on checking – a fully refundable key deposit of FJD$20.00 must be paid in either cash or by Credit Card pre-authorisation:
Bond Payable: – for the Family rooms only – a $200.00 bond deposit must be paid in either cash or by Credit Card pre-authorisation:

Deposit Policy
Room bookings will only be confirmed by way of deposit, Deposits must be made simultaneously at the time of making the reservation; in some circumstances, approval may be given for a Credit Card pre-authorisation to be taken with the full payment of your stay settled at the time of check-out

We accept all major credit cards – however, a non-refundable surcharge is applicable on all credit card payments regardless if the reservation is cancelled at a later date:

ENSURE YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE as some deposits are non-refundable for reservations or bookings on cancellations on the following room rates under the cancellation policies for each rate category:

Normal Rate:
1st Night Accommodation to be paid as a deposit.

Bula Rate:
1st Night Accommodation to be paid as a deposit.

3 Day Stay Rate:
100% of the entire accommodation cost to be paid as a deposit

5 Day Stay Rate:
100% of the entire accommodation cost to be paid as a deposit

7 Day Stay Rate:
100% of the entire accommodation cost to be paid as a deposit

Limit of liability for loss of or injury to guests’ property:

15. A manager is not liable to make good to any guest of his, any loss of or injury to any property brought to the hotel to a greater amount than $120 unless the guest proves that-

(a) the property was stolen, lost or damaged through the default, neglect or wilful act of the manager or his employee; or

(b) the property was deposited by or on behalf of the guest expressly for safekeeping with the manager or with an employee of his authorised or appearing to be authorised for the purpose, and was, if so required by the manager or that employee, in a container fastened or sealed by the depositor; or

(c) at a time after the guest arrived at the hotel, either the property was offered for deposit as aforesaid and the manager or his employee refused to receive it, or the guest wished to offer the property for deposit but, through the default of the manager or his employee, was unable to do so.

EFTPOS and Fiji-based VISA Debit cards must be present at the Reception for payment transactions

Cash
Payment of your deposit can be made in cash at the time of making your reservation – Room reservations will not be held pending a payment of a deposit

You may deposit the required funds needed to confirm your reservation direct to our account:
Please note you will have to bear the bank fee, and kindly forward us a copy of receipt when the deposit is done, either by fax or email.
